The Discart promotion services originate way back in 1977 when owner Dietmar Schmidt was employed at Sticks Booking Company in Copenhagen to organize concert tours with Scandinavian Artists to Germany.

With the founding of Rockfarm Bremen, and later Sundance Music in Germany the PR activities had been extended including the setup of major concert tours in Germany.

In the coming years cultural events such as the Danish Jazznights in Germany, The Danish Wave in New York, concerts events in Seoul, Bangkok and Bejjing opened the Discart promotion into a global approach.

Presently Discart is working with local artists from Copenhagen.
